It accumulates, and this is the one room where that works — because Off Duty is the room you write as yourself. Posts here are made from your page, not from a pseudonym, so they build up on it over time as a running list of what came after each chapter, dated, in your order. Nothing crosses a line, because nothing here was anonymous to begin with.
Your page can still be under a name of your choosing rather than your legal one — what Off Duty asks for is a steady identity, not a real one. Recovery, Huddle and Consult stay pseudonymous, and the composer always shows which of the two you are writing as.
Off Duty is the default room — the one that matches the promise on the front door most exactly. It is also the easiest room to post in, which is the point: the first post you ever write here should cost you nothing.
What it looks like when it's live
Off Duty opens scoped to your unit first, then your facility, then outward. You will see people you actually work beside being people you have never met at work.
What it is not
It is not a staffing board, not a place to be recruited, and not a feed that decides what you should see next. Posts arrive in the order they were written.
