Get in before the doors open.
Status Post is for everyone who works in a hospital — bedside, behind the scenes, all of it. Tell us who you are, and we'll let you know the second the Floor Plan is real.
You're clocked in. Welcome to Status Post — we'll be in touch before we open the doors.
You're already clocked in — that address is on the list. We'll be in touch before we open the doors.
That didn't go through. Try again in a moment, or reach us directly at joel@statuspostcollective.com.
A work email is fine but not required, and using one does not verify you. Verification happens later, and it is a separate step.
What happens when the doors open
- You verify. An invite from a member, a registry match, a work email, or a badge photo that is read once and discarded. Four ways in, and you pick — the work-email tier is the one that touches something your employer can see, and we say so before you use it. How verification works.
- You do not get one name. In the pseudonymous rooms, each conversation you write in gives you a different one — so your posts cannot be gathered up and read as a single person's. Each carries a badge saying how you were verified — "license-verified RN", "peer-vouched EVS" — and nothing about who you are.
- You get the toolbox before you get a room. CEU and licence expiry tracking, a shift calendar, a work history, a pay log. All useful on day one with nobody else from your unit here yet.
- Your unit opens when enough of it shows up. Enough of your own unit, on shifts that overlap yours, to make it a real room rather than a preview. Until then you see an honest sense of progress, not an empty feed.
- A page, if you want one. Yours, named or not, a dated timeline of your afters. You can put any shareable story on it, including other people's — which is exactly why a story sitting there proves nothing about who wrote it. Saying "this one is mine" is a separate act, one story at a time.
Why 18+
Hospitals employ people under 18, and we are asking them to wait. The honest posting this network exists for has no safe version for minors, and the usual alternative — estimating age from a photo of your face — needs exactly the face processing we have refused to build.
What we do with this form
The email you enter goes on a pre-launch list and is used to tell you when Status Post opens. It is not verification, it is not shared, and it is not sold. Role and location are optional and only help us find which units are close to opening.
